The Opportunity Seeking Board Eligible/Certified Internal Medicine or Family Medicine physicians. Current IL state license is a plus but not required. The Practice Community Hospital – Munster, Indiana Level III Trauma Center, STEMI Receiving Center, and stroke center. 437-bed facility with a 30-bed ICU. Annual volume of 70,000. All sub-specialty support. No running codes or rapids. Great nursing staff. On average 10 admits per day and 8 admits per night. On-site intensivist, labs, and imaging. Compensation for part-time and per diem roles is prorated based on clinical hours worked. In addition, Vituity physicians participate in our partnership model from day one, which includes profit distributions, equity ownership, and K-1 tax advantages. Total compensation including partnership income varies by site and may significantly exceed the range shown.
