Location: Stockton, CA
Pay: $18.00-$20/hr (DOE)
Schedule: Monday – Friday
- Regular Hours: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
- Summer Hours: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
Employment Type: Contract-to-Hire
Balance Staffing is hiring an Industrial Painter for a growing truck body manufacturing company in Stockton, CA. We are looking for a dependable, hardworking individual who wants a long-term opportunity and is eager to grow with the company.
Job Responsibilities
- Prepare truck bodies and metal surfaces for painting.
- Apply primer and paint using spray equipment and other painting tools.
- Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met.
- Mask, sand, clean, and prepare surfaces before painting.
- Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean work area.
- Work closely with the production team to meet daily goals.
Qualifications
- Previous industrial, automotive, or manufacturing painting experience preferred.
- Experience using spray guns and painting equipment is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and quality.
- Reliable with excellent attendance.
- Able to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
