Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Consultant to join our team at Stanton Optical Waxahachie , an optical store dedicated to providing high-quality eyewear and exceptional service. The ideal candidate will possess a strong sales background, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping customers find the perfect eyewear solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Engagement: Greet customers warmly, assess their needs, and provide personalized recommendations for eyewear, lenses, and accessories.
• Product Knowledge: Maintain in-depth knowledge of our products, including frames, lenses, and optical technology, to educate customers effectively.
• Sales Techniques: Utilize effective sales strategies to meet and exceed individual and team sales goals while fostering a positive shopping experience.
• Inventory Management: Assist in managing inventory levels, restocking products, and organizing displays to ensure an appealing shopping environment.
• Customer Service: Address customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide after-sales support, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to create a cohesive and supportive store environment.
• Visual Merchandising: Assist in maintaining visual standards and merchandising displays to highlight promotions and new arrivals.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant experience in retail or sales is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
• Basic knowledge of optical products and terminology is a plus, but training will be provided.
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $36,000.00 per year
