Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor‘s, Master‘s or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Physical Therapy License in NJ
• Timely Documentation, within 24 Hours

Assignment Details

• Monday thru Friday, 8a-5pm
• One weekend a month
• Weekly case conferences on Wednesdays at 8:45am for 1.5 hours
• Coverage area includes Hudson County
