Responsibilities:

• Maintain cleanliness of common areas

• Remove trash and keep dumpster areas clean

• Clean breezeways and surrounding areas

• Ensure property remains clean and presentable

Requirements:

• Dependable and punctual

• Able to work independently

• Physically able to perform cleaning duties
