As an Access Control Officer at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will manage entry points, verify credentials, monitor access activity, and support a welcoming environment for employees and visitors. Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $17.66 / Hour Job Schedule: Wed 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM Thur 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM Sat 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM Sun 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors and delivery personnel by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and emergency response activities as appropriate. Control access to the manufacturing and industrial location by verifying credentials, processing visitors, issuing and collecting badges and maintaining required access records. Monitor entry and exit points, access-control systems, alarms and surveillance equipment; report irregularities and follow site-specific escalation procedures. Respond to incidents, access concerns and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, contacting appropriate personnel and documenting activities. Conduct regular and random patrols of assigned interior areas, exterior grounds, production-adjacent spaces and perimeter areas to help deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns. Minimum Requirements: Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state and local laws.
