Interviewing Family Medicine physicians to join an Indianapolis, Indiana, FQHC with 15+ physicians and five sites. The group is looking for a family medicine physician to replace another provider who had to stop practicing due to a health concern.

Opportunity Highlights

The position would involve 35 patient contact hours per week
Work in a small group setting.
Strictly outpatient position.
Administrative responsibilities can be taken care of from home. Most physicians see patients 4 days per week
1:12 phone call, call scheduled with nurse triage

Financial Package

Solid base salary with financial potential in the $300K range.
Benefits include health/dental/vision insurance, 401K retirement plan with match, 4 weeks paid time off, $5k CME allowance + 1 week CME time, FTCA malpractice insurance, Life & STD/LTD Disability Insurance, up to $2.5k towards completing your Board Certification Exam, and more
