Associate Scientist - Contract - Cranbury, NJReady to help advance the next generation of gene and cell therapies through innovative bioanalytical testing?Proclinical is seeking an Associate Scientist, Process Analytics to join a dynamic Analytical Development Team in New Jersey. This position offers an exciting opportunity to apply your knowledge of cell biology, biochemistry, and molecular biology in a collaborative and fast-paced environment. Primary Responsibilities:The successful candidate will contribute to cutting-edge bioanalytical testing to support pre-clinical and clinical-stage biologics for gene and cell therapy programs.Skills & Requirements:Bachelor's degree in a relevant field with some experience in cell and gene therapy research and development (industry or academic).Hands-on experience with analytical methods such as cell-based assays, Western Blots, U-HPLC, ELISA, ddPCR, and Flow Cytometry.Proficiency in MS Office tools, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat.Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage dynamic schedules.Excellent documentation practices with a focus on data integrity.Self-motivated and able to work effectively with minimal supervision.Ability to address issues with urgency and professionalism.The Associate Scientist's responsibilities will be:Perform routine ELISA, U-HPLC, cell-based assays, and ddPCR sample analysis to support process development, optimization, characterization, and non-GMP manufacturing.Assist with assay optimization, pre-qualification, and pre-validation studies.Deliver assay results promptly with thorough documentation.Maintain and qualify controls and critical reagents to support daily laboratory operations.Keep accurate and detailed laboratory notebooks in a timely manner.Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth day-to-day laboratory operations.If you are having difficulty in applying or if you have any questions, please contact Mike Raletz at View email address on click.appcast.io you are interested in applying to this exciting opportunity, then please click 'Apply' or to speak to one of our specialists please request a call back at the top of this page.
