Clinical Optimization Pharmacist - Medicare & MTM Programs

HCSC

HCSC in Dallas, Texas is seeking a Clinical Optimization Pharmacist responsible for managing pharmacy programs and supporting quality initiatives within the Medicare program. The successful candidate will engage in daily clinical pharmacy activities and work with clinical teams to enhance the effectiveness of drug therapy.
