Job Summary

Bajío Sunglasses is looking for a part-time Graphic Designer - Digital Marketing who will be responsible for creating high-quality, compelling visual content that brings Bajío’s products and stories to life across ecommerce and digital channels. Working under the direction of the Art Director, this role translates creative briefs, campaign direction, and brand standards into polished digital executions that support product launches, seasonal promotions, and ongoing ecommerce growth.

The Designer will focus heavily on ecommerce storytelling and conversion-driven creative, including revamping the Pro Site and landing pages, building digital campaigns for new product launches and seasonal promotions, and developing creative across email, landing pages, Meta ads, Google ads, web banners, and other digital placements. The Designer will also create cohesive campaign batches for key collections, including sunglass frame collections, hat collections, Readers, Rx, and other priority product categories.

Additional responsibilities include supporting ecommerce UX and visual merchandising, retailer email creative, digital asset development, and other design needs assigned through the Agency. The Designer works closely with the Art Director, Marketing Producer, Account Executive, and ecommerce team to ensure creative is on brand, on brief, optimized for the channel, and delivered on time.

Core Responsibilities

Design ecommerce and digital campaign assets across email, landing pages, paid social, display, web banners, and related channels.

• Develop cohesive design systems, templates, and sample layouts for production and collection launches.
• Support redesigns and ongoing improvements to ecommerce pages, including the Pro Site, product storytelling pages, and campaign landing pages.
• Partner with ecommerce on UX, merchandising, and visual storytelling opportunities.
• Create retail and wholesale email creative as needed.
• Adapt campaign concepts across multiple formats while maintaining consistency and brand standards.
• Work under the Art Director’s creative direction and collaborate with the broader Agency team throughout concepting, review, revision, and delivery.
• Maintain organized source files, templates, and digital assets to improve production efficiency.
• Engage in regular maintenance and organization of our expansive digital asset management program: Amplify.
• Minimum 5 years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in ecommerce, digital marketing, or consumer products.
• Portfolio of relevant design work required for consideration.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, PhotoShop)
• Excellent attention to detail, verbal and writing skills
• Strong Organizational Skills
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and tight deadlines
• Passion for outdoor sports, activities, and conservation efforts with an understanding of the community and target demographic

This is an onsite position based in New Smyrna Beach, Florida.
