Description Position at Thrive Pet Healthcare Veterinary Practice Manager – Chicago Area Thrive Pet Healthcare | Chicago, IL (Floating Position) Compensation Range $80K-$90K depending on experience Thrive Pet Healthcare is seeking an Interim Practice Manager (Opportunity to Transition into Full-Time Role) to support our network of veterinary hospitals throughout the Chicago metro area . This is a short-term placement role designed to provide on-site leadership and operational support to individual hospitals, one location at a time . This position offers a unique opportunity to gain broad exposure across our hospital network while making a meaningful impact at the local level. Based on performance and organizational needs, there is potential for this role to transition into a full-time, permanent Practice Manager position within Thrive Pet Healthcare. About the Role As a Floating Practice Manager , you will step in to lead hospital operations, support team development, and uphold our commitment to high-quality patient care and exceptional client service. You’ll be embedded within one hospital at a time—helping to stabilize, guide, and grow the team during periods of transition or leadership gaps.
