In this role, you will assist with personal care, mobility, and daily living activities, as well as light housekeeping and meal preparation, to help clients remain safely and comfortably in their homes. You will follow individualized care plans, monitor and report changes in condition, and uphold strict safety, compliance, and quality standards while working within a mission-driven, patient-focused team committed to caregiver support and development.
