Pay: $20$25/hour (based on experience)
Job Type: Full-time
Schedule: MondayFriday, Day Shift (no weekends)

Job Summary
We are seeking a Welder / Fabricator with MIG welding experience in aluminum and/or steel, preferably both. This role supports fabrication of custom truck bodies and related equipment in a clean, organized shop environment.
Responsibilities
- MIG weld aluminum and steel components.
- Work with aluminum alloys (5052 / 6061) and mild steel.
- Read and interpret blueprints and shop drawings.
- Fit, assemble, and square parts using jigs and fixtures.
- Prep, weld, grind, and finish components.
- Use common shop power and hand tools.
- Follow all safety and quality standards.
Qualifications
- 1+ year of MIG welding experience.
- Experience welding aluminum, steel, or both.
- Ability to read fabrication drawings.
- Ability to use measuring tools accurately.
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and safety-focused.
(Experience in both aluminum and steel preferred, but not required.)
