Corporate Assistant

Julian Charter School, Inc. is currently seeking to fill our Corporate Assistant position for the 2026-2027 school year. This position is responsible for providing advanced administrative and clerical support for assigned supervisor and Central Office departments. Job position entails:

• Processing accounts payable
• Processing and auditing documentation and materials
• Completing ordering and check requests
• Maintaining high levels of communication with students, parents, supervisors and community stakeholders

Minimum qualifications and requirements:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Two years related administrative experience with similar scope of responsibility
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel, Adobe, and Google applications required
• Experience with Edstruments a plus

Position anticipated to begin September 2026.
