Job Description

Title: Manufacturing Maintenance Technician I ((Preference is for food manufacturing background).)

Work Schedule: 4pm- 2am 4/10's, Sunday through Wednesday (Thursday, Friday Saturday off)

Duration: 4+ months

To provide mechanical and electrical support of all components, systems, and subsystems to ensure proper operations within a dairy processing and manufacturing plant.

The worker will make all repairs, replacements, and adjustments to all installed equipment as well as maintain structural integrity of the facility, as directed.

Major Activities Performed:
• Conduct a thorough walkthrough and assessment of all equipment, in operation and shut down, and all ongoing preventive maintenance actions in progress.
• Perform routine mechanical and electrical repairs on equipment, as required.
• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on equipment, as required.

Required Qualifications:
3+ years in a manufacturing/production environment within a related industry (Preference is for food manufacturing).
• Understanding of engineering theory and principles as related to plant operations
* Technology the candidate must have knowledge of: Homogenizers, Blow Molds, Electrical Distribution (480V/60Uz/3 Phase), Welding experience a plus
