What You’ll Learn As a Management Trainee, you will work alongside experienced leaders while learning how to: Communicate with customers and identify their needs Dealing with contracts and financing companies Build customer relationships and deliver excellent service Participate in recruiting Train, motivate, and support team members Track individual and team performance Assist with daily office and sales operations Set goals and help the team achieve its targets Prepare for future leadership and management responsibilities What We’re Looking For Positive, motivated, and goal-oriented Friendly and confident when speaking with people Dependable, organized, and coachable Interested in sales, leadership, or business management Comfortable working in a fast-paced team environment Willing to learn and accept feedback Able to work independently and as part of a team Customer service, retail, hospitality, marketing, or sales experience is helpful but not required.
