We are committed to providing superior service and leaving things better than we found them.  Job Overview:We are seeking an experienced Crew Leader to oversee industrial cleaning crews on job sites including power plants, Steel Mills and Manufacturing facilities. The Crew Leader is responsible for leading safe, efficient, and high-quality work while serving as the primary point of contact between the crew, supervision, Dispatch, Project Management and the customer.This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who leads from the front, values safety, and knows how to keep a crew productive and accountable.Lead and supervise field crews performing industrial cleaning services (hydro-blasting, vacuum truck operations, confined space work, etc.)Ensure all work is performed safely, in compliance with company policies, procedures, customer requirements, and OSHA regulationsConduct job briefings, tailgate meetings, and safety observations.Communicate job progress, issues, and needs to project management/supervisionVerify job scopes are completed correctly and assist with job closeoutTrain, mentor, and coach crew membersMaintain a strong culture of safety, quality, and professionalism Requirements and Education:Prior experience as a Crew Leader, Foreman, or Lead Operator in industrial servicesStrong knowledge of industrial cleaning operations (hydro-blasting, vacuum trucks, tank cleaning, line and tube cleaning, etc.)Ability to lead by example and manage crews in demanding environmentsSolid communication and organizational skillsComfortable long hours, nights, weekends, and outage schedules and cover emergency call insAbility to travel and stay overnight as required Preferred Requirements and Education:Valid driver's chauffeur license (CDL preferred but not required)OSHA 10/30, Confined Space, and other safety certifications a plus EEO StatementK2 Industrial Services, Inc., is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
