Forward Deployed AI Engineer

Salary: $112,900 - 366,300 per year Requirements:

• At least 10 years of software engineering experience with Python, TypeScript/JavaScript, or Java, including 10 years integrating APIs and building distributed production systems.
• At least 2 years of experience with modern AI/ML platforms, such as OpenAI, Anthropic, or similar foundation model providers.
• Experience with workflow orchestration and agent frameworks.
• Experience integrating with enterprise platforms such as ServiceNow, Salesforce, SAP, and data platforms.
• At least 10 years of experience turning high-level business needs into concrete technical designs and implementations in large enterprise or professional services environments.
• At least 10 years of client-facing communication and collaboration experience, including leading technical discussions, workshops, or delivery sessions in ambiguous settings.
• A bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience, or the equivalent of at least 12 years of work experience.
• If holding an associates degree, at least 6 years of work experience are required.

• Work directly with clients and internal teams to understand business challenges, shape AI use cases, and define technical approaches, often from unclear or evolving requirements.
• Design and deliver end-to-end AI solutions by integrating LLMs and AI services with enterprise platforms, internal systems, and data tools.
• Rapidly build prototypes, refine solutions, and deploy AI-enabled workflows, agents, copilots, and automations into live operating environments.
• Act as the technical connector between product, engineering, data, and business stakeholders to ensure solutions are practical, technically robust, and business-aligned.
• Lead solution architecture across prompt and workflow design, API integrations and orchestration, enterprise knowledge integration, and security, privacy, and governance considerations.
• Take ownership of solutions from prototype through production and ongoing iteration, with accountability for quality, reliability, and results.
• Provide technical leadership and best practices for responsible, secure, and scalable AI delivery.
