Adecco is Hiring! Maintenance Technician (Night Shift)

Location: Walton Hills, OH
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 6p-2:30p
Overtime: Required as business needs dictate

Adecco is partnering with a Walton Hills–based manufacturing client to hire an experienced Maintenance Technician . This role is ideal for a hands-on professional with strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills who enjoys working in a fast-paced production environment.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems

• Analyze wiring diagrams and schematics to install and troubleshoot CNC equipment

• Modify and troubleshoot PLC programs to support production needs

• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance using a CMMS system

• Work with OEM equipment and proprietary programs (Forel, GED, Ashton, Glaston, Biesse, Flow, etc.)

• Partner with Engineering on continuous improvement initiatives

• Complete work orders and project work in a timely manner

What We’re Looking For:

• Formal apprenticeship or in-plant maintenance/programming (OJT) training

• 4+ years of industrial millwright and/or electrical maintenance experience

• Experience with AC/DC power systems (5VDC up to 480V / 3-Phase)

• PLC experience preferred

• Ability to read electrical schematics and drawings

• Glass tempering or Insulated Glass (IG) experience is a plus

• Ability to work in tight spaces, overhead areas, and around moving equipment

• Must have own tools

• High school diploma or GED required

• Strong commitment to safety, attendance, and teamwork

Pay Details: $28.00 to $35.00 per hour
