Summary:

Responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Electronic Gaming Devices area.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Monitors performance of subordinates, ensuring adherence to all applicable gaming laws and Title 31
• Supervise Slot Department Personnel
• Prepares weekly schedules of all EGD personnel
• Handles customers complaints
• Assists in the development and implementation of EGD policies and procedures
• Verification of EGD jackpots up to $24,999.99
• Review EGD statistics
• Assists ordering EGD tokens/tickets
• Assign Slot Floor Attendants to proper banks
• Performing duties of other Slot Personnel when necessary

Education and/or Experience:

• GED or High School Diploma
• One to three years Supervisory related experience and/or training preferred.
