Sales Support Representative - Hybrid - Starting at $23.74/hr

Schedule 1st Shift: Mon – Fri, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm Overtime based on business needs What You Will Do Follow the order entry process and provide proactive updates on order status to accelerate billing Provide phone support for inquiries from sales and healthcare professionals Engage, interact, and respond in a prompt, accurate, courteous, and poised manner to encourage positive business relationships Process all work in accordance with relevant working practices and standard operating procedures Provide feedback and suggestions to improve service levels, internal processes, and customer support methodology Consistently demonstrate a positive, constructive, and cooperative attitude in the business environment Provide support beyond standard hours as needed if call volume and/or workload require additional time Support the Sales Department by providing answers to questions generated by telephone, e‑mails, and fax Prepare product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information Implement and support quality initiatives throughout the branch Implement procedures to maintain accurate inventory records in the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system through proper billing and replenishment processes Required High School Diploma or equivalent Three (2) years relevant work experience One (1)+ year ERP experience Ability to work flexible hours and overtime, as business needs Preferred Bachelor's degree Experience as account representative; order processing; customer service Pay & Benefits Pay rate will not be below any applicable local minimum wage rates. $23.74 - $32.12 USD Hourly Health benefits include: medical and prescription drug insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, critical illness insurance, accident insurance, hospital indemnity insurance, personalized healthcare support, wellbeing program and tobacco cessation program.
