Senior Talent Acquisition Manager

Senior Talent Acquisition Manager Location: Germantown, WI (on-site/hybrid). Reporting to corporate headquarters. Lead the Talent Acquisition function for North America. Responsibilities Lead and execute the TA strategy aligned to workforce planning, business growth, and organizational design priorities. Define and evolve the TA operating model, including integration with shared services and clarification of roles across HR and business stakeholders. Own TA technology and analytics strategy, optimize Workday Recruiting and develop data‑driven insights and reporting. Define and manage sourcing and vendor strategy, including agency partnerships, talent pipelines, and external channels. Oversee compliance and governance, including AAP management and consistent, compliant hiring practices. Serve as strategic TA leader and executive recruiter to source and evaluate candidates for leadership hiring needs. Drive the evolution of TA through process transformation, technology optimization, and shared services integration, overseeing team performance, vendor strategy, and recruitment brand positioning. Qualifications 7+ years of experience leading Talent Acquisition or Recruiting function. 5 years of supervisory experience. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or related field (or equivalent education and experience). Advanced Internet Recruitment Strategies (AIRS) certification is desired. Strategic thinking and ability to translate business objectives into talent strategies. Executive presence and ability to influence key stakeholders. Digital fluency, including Workday (or similar), for effective application of technology. Change leadership experience leading cross‑functional initiatives. Handles sensitive information at various levels of the organization. Sense of urgency to meet business needs and manage time effectively. Inquisitive and intellectually curious approach to problem solving. Ability to manage difficult or emotional customer situations and solicit feedback.
