Job Description FullVisibilityisseekingaJunior Scrum Master,located in Winchester, VA and is a Hybrid Role. M ustpossessanactive TopSecret/SCI Eligibility Clearance. Individuals selected for thisposition will be subject to Counterintelligence (CI) Polygraph examinationsbased on their assignment after their start date and must be able to obtain andmaintain any required CI Polygraph eligibility throughout the duration of theiremployment. Full Visibility is seeking a Junior ScrumMasterwith aminimum of two (2) years of professional experienceworking with Scrum. The position focuses on guiding teams through theAgile/Scrum process, facilitating sprint planning and team meetings, removingobstacles that impact progress, coordinating with stakeholders, and helpingteams deliver products efficiently. Requirements ExecuteScrum methodologies for product lifecycle. Guideteams in the Agile methodology, supports team rules, facilitates productteam's progress toward team goals, leads, facilitates meetings, eliminatesblockers, promotes Agile quality practices, builds a high performing team,coordinates with other teams, supports ROM and level of estimateactivities and provides team with feedback and means of improvement whileserving as a resource to answer questions. Leadregular agile sessions to encourage collaboration, transparency, andinnovation such as team scrums, sprint planning, user demonstrations. Advisegovernment personnel on incremental changes that could lead to continuousimprovement in products, services, and/or standardization of processes. Nice to haveCurrent SAFe Scrum Master (SSM) or ICAgileTeam Facilitation Certification This range is based on our market pay structures. However,individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but notlimited to: local market conditions, and candidate qualifications, such asskills, education, and experience.
