Safeguard patient privacy and ensure data security at all times. Answer phones and support departmental needs with professionalism and care. Collaborate across the department to maintain smooth workflow and efficiency. What You Bring High school diploma or GED (post‑secondary education in a related field preferred). Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality. Knowledge of medical terminology a plus. A positive, proactive attitude and commitment to excellence.
