We are seeking a Manager of Strategic Pricing MFRS & Issuer to lead the development and execution of pricing strategies across our organization. The successful candidate will have exceptional analytical abilities, a strong grasp of pricing models and market dynamics, and proven experience working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to enhance revenue and profitability. This position calls for a strategic thinker with demonstrated leadership, effective communication skills, and a solid background in managing pricing initiatives within a fast-paced, evolving business environment.Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute pricing strategies for deals to achieve revenue and profitability targets while maintaining competitive market positioning.Lead pricing negotiations with key customers to secure profitable contracts and agreements that align with business objectives.Deliver on pricing Annual Operating plan through surfacing insights to improve margins and revenue.Champion standardization, digitization, and data democratization.Analyze market trends, competitor pricing, and customer behavior to identify opportunities for pricing optimization and revenue enhancement.Collaborate with sales, marketing, and finance teams to ensure alignment of pricing strategies with overall business goals and objectives.Conduct regular pricing reviews and analysis to evaluate the effectiveness of pricing strategies and identify areas for improvement.Implement pricing tools, processes, and systems to streamline pricing operations and improve pricing decision-making.Monitor and manage pricing exceptions, discounts, and promotions to ensure compliance with pricing policies and guidelines.Provide guidance and support to sales teams on pricing strategy, tactics, and execution to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to drive collaboration and alignment on pricing initiatives.Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in pricing and revenue management to maintain a competitive advantage.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, Economics, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.5+ years of experience in pricing management, with a focus on key account pricing strategies, preferably in a B2B environment.Demonstrated expertise in pricing analytics, including proficiency in pricing models, methodologies, and tools.Strong business acumen with the ability to understand complex pricing dynamics and their impact on business performance.Excellent analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.Proven leadership abilities, with experience leading cross-functional teams and driving results in a matrix organization.Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to articulate complex pricing concepts to diverse audiences.Strong project management skills.Strategic thinker with the ability to develop innovative pricing solutions that address customer needs and competitive challenges.Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other analytical tools; experience with pricing software/systems is a plus.Compensation Range: The salary range for this position is between $110,000 - $120,000.Bonus Eligibility: Bonus EligibleBroadridge considers various factors when evaluating a candidate's final salary including, but not limited to, relevant experience, skills, and education.Benefits Information: Please visit for more information on our comprehensive benefit offerings.All Colorado employees receive paid sick leave in compliance with the Colorado Healthy Families and Workplaces Act and other legally required benefits, as applicable.
