Brand Coordinator

**Jersey City , NJ | Full-Time About the Role We’re looking for an organized, outgoing Brand Coordinator to support brand marketing initiatives, customer engagement, and day-to-day campaign activities in Hoboken. As a Brand Coordinator, you’ll help ensure our brand is presented consistently across customer interactions and marketing initiatives. You’ll communicate product and service information, support local campaigns, coordinate marketing materials, and work with team members to keep brand activities organized and running smoothly. This is an active, customer-facing position that combines brand marketing, communication, campaign coordination, and customer experience. Key Responsibilities Coordinate day-to-day brand marketing and customer engagement activities Support the execution of marketing campaigns and brand initiatives Communicate product, service, and campaign information to customers Answer customer questions and provide accurate information about current offerings Help increase brand awareness through customer-facing marketing activities Coordinate marketing materials, displays, signage, and campaign resources Support product demonstrations and informational presentations Assist with local marketing initiatives, pop-ups, and select brand activations Maintain consistent brand messaging and presentation across customer touchpoints Organize materials and resources for upcoming campaigns Gather customer feedback and observations about products, services, and brand perception Track customer engagement and basic campaign activity Maintain organized records of marketing and brand initiatives Share customer insights and recurring questions with the marketing team Collaborate with marketing, events, and customer experience teams on current initiatives Help ensure brand standards are maintained throughout each campaign What We’re Looking For Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills Friendly, confident, and professional customer-facing presence Excellent organization and attention to detail Ability to coordinate multiple activities and priorities Interest in brand marketing, communications, customer engagement, or marketing campaigns Comfortable interacting directly with customers Strong teamwork and collaboration skills Ability to adapt to changing campaign needs Dependable and professional approach to work Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Ability to stand for extended periods during select activities Ability to lift or move marketing materials weighing up to 30 lbs when needed Previous experience in marketing, branding, customer service, events, hospitality, retail, communications, customer experience, or another customer-facing environment is helpful but not required.
