PRC-Saltillo is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Associate who takes pride in hands-on work and keeping systems, equipment, and spaces operating at their best.In this role, you'll support facility operations across the entire property, from routine system checks and minor repairs to assisting with machine shop equipment and special projects. If you're dependable, mechanically inclined, and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team, this is an opportunity to make a direct impact on day-to-day operations.Why you'll love working here:Hands-on impact: Play a key role in keeping our facility safe, functional, and running efficiently every day.Variety of work: No two days are the same, from maintenance and repairs to supporting events and special projects.Team environment: Work closely with facilities, manufacturing, and staff across the organization.Stability & purpose: Be part of a company where your work directly supports operations and employees.Duties and responsibilities:Perform routine building system checks and assist with preventative maintenance activitiesComplete minor repairs across facility systems, including electrical, plumbing, ventilation, and general upkeepAssist with maintenance and operation of machine shop equipment, including setup and preventative maintenanceHelp design, fabricate, and repair production tooling and machining fixturesCoordinate with external vendors to maintain building systems and required certifications (fire systems, sprinkler systems, etc.)Maintain inventory of facility and maintenance supplies such as filters, light bulbs, and janitorial materialsEducation and experience:High school diploma or equivalent requiredRequired skills/abilities:Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings Working knowledge of facility systems and basic maintenance proceduresHands-on experience with construction, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general repairs Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with teams across the organizationSelf-motivated with the ability to work independently and prioritize tasksStrong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn new systems
