Responsibilities Participates as member of the multidisciplinary team Coordinates services with community mental health centers and other agencies to provide continuity of treatment. Provides services with consideration of the physical, psychosocial, cultural/spiritual, and age‑specific needs of those served Performs individual and family counseling Conducts therapeutic groups with patients Meets regulatory agency requirements in provision of services Teaches/directs/advises/informs others in an appropriate manner Reports/records information correctly Qualifications BSW or MSW from an accredited school of social work. LCSW or LCSW‑A preferred. New grads welcome to apply! One to two years' experience in a mental health program preferred, preferably psychiatric facility. Knowledge of area agencies, DSM IV diagnoses and treatment, and reimbursement issues. Communicates effectively with a wide range of age groups, educational, and socioeconomic backgrounds.
