Grow with Beacon Specialized Living.Beacon Specialized Living is seeking a Care Team Manager (CTM) to join our team and help lead the day-to-day operations of one of our residential homes supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD).As a Care Team Manager, you will play a key leadership role in ensuring the people we support receive high-quality care while maintaining a safe, positive, and supportive home environment.
