Experienced Commercial HVAC Technician - West Palm Beach Area

Location: This is a field-based position covering West Palm Beach Region Compensation: $20 - $30 per hour Schedule: MondaythruFriday8AM- 5PM.NeedFlexibilityforoncallandfinishingthejob(40/60hours/week). Responsibilities Troubleshoot, service, and repair commercial HVAC systems Perform routine and preventive maintenance to ensure peak system performance Accurately diagnose electrical and mechanical issues Communicate with dispatch, team members, and clients with professionalism Maintain job documentation, including service records and part usage Adhere to all safety and code regulations Mentor apprentices when applicable Requirements 3+ years of commercial HVAC experience (refrigeration or controls experience a plus) Strong understanding of electrical systems, diagnostics, and HVAC/R fundamentals EPA Universal Certification (Required) Valid Florida driver’s license with a clean driving record Ability to lift 50+ lbs, climb ladders, and work in diverse environments Willingness to travel regionally and work flexible hours (as needed) Strong communication and documentation skills A desire to grow with a company that values trust, training, and technical excellence Benefits At Kalos, we believe in supporting our employees both at work and in life.
