Registered Nurse ICU

Seeking a PRN Registered Nurse for the ICU in Mequon, WI Responsibilities Providing compassionate, high-quality direct patient care following organizational protocols. Managing the entire patient care process, documenting progress, executing orders, and communicating with the healthcare team. Coordinating care across clinical disciplines to ensure seamless services and optimal outcomes. Facilitating discharge planning by assessing patient needs and collaborating with the team for safe transitions home. Qualifications Active RN licensure from the Wisconsin Board of Nursing or a multi-state license. Recent BLS certification and advanced life support within specified timeframes. Diploma from an accredited nursing program or equivalent licensure. Skills and Qualities Compassion, strong communication, attention to detail, and ability to coordinate multidisciplinary care.
