Influencer Marketing Coordinator

We build and execute end-to-end retail velocity strategies for high-volume club environments like Costco, combining massive influencer seeding, targeted paid media, and strategic in-store activations. We are looking for a hungry, detail-oriented Influencer Marketing Coordinator to join our team on-site at our headquarters at The Source in Buena Park. Position Overview As our Influencer Marketing Coordinator, you will be the tactical engine behind our influencer and creator campaigns. Working directly alongside our CMO and marketing team, you will own the day-to-day execution, sourcing, outreach, product gifting/seeding, and deliverable tracking for our K-Beauty and J-Beauty brand launches. Key Responsibilities Daily identification, vetting, and outreach to micro, macro, and retail-focused creators across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube. Coordinate end-to-end sample seeding for high-volume campaigns (500–2,000+ creators per campaign), managing address collection, product fulfillment tracking, and creator follow-ups. Track creator content deadlines, audit submitted deliverables for brand safety and FTC compliance, and ensure creator posts go live according to scheduled campaign timelines. Maintain active relationships with our private creator networks, talent managers, and community chats (WhatsApp, email, DMs). Organally capture, archive, and organize high-performing User Generated Content (UGC) and creator assets into our team database for paid media whitelisting and internal reporting. Maintain live updates in our internal Influencer & Invoice Tracker, monitoring post rates, engagement, view counts, and creator performance metrics. Assist in gathering invoices, W-9s, and payment details from creators to ensure timely processing. Qualifications & Requirements 1–3 years of hands-on experience executing influencer marketing, creator seeding, or social media campaigns within CPG, Beauty, Fashion, or DTC verticals. Must be able to work 100% full-time on-site at our office in Buena Park, CA. Deep, native understanding of TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and modern creator culture. Experience with creator vetting tools (CreatorIQ, HypeAuditor, Modash, or similar) is a plus. Prior experience or understanding of retail velocity campaigns (e.g., Costco, Target, Sephora, Ulta, Amazon) or working with club-store creator communities is a major advantage. Exceptionally organized with strong Google Sheets/Excel skills. You will be managing hundreds of moving parts, address lists, and creator deadlines simultaneously. Clear, professional, and persuasive written and verbal communication skills for creator outreach and negotiation.
