Up to $45/hr

Earn $25-$45/hr + $1,000 Sign-On Bonus | Monday-Friday | Days | No Weekends

We're hiring an experienced 1st Shift Fleet Maintenance Technician to join our growing team in Murfreesboro.

What You'll Be Doing

You'll be responsible for keeping our customers' fleets on the road by performing high-quality maintenance and repairs on light-, medium-, and heavy-duty vehicles.

Your day may include:

• Diagnosing mechanical and electrical issues
• Preventative maintenance and fleet inspections
• DOT inspections
• Engine, transmission, suspension, brake, steering, and electrical repairs
• Using your skills to solve problems efficiently and safely
• Working with a team that supports each other and takes pride in doing the job right

What We're Looking For

We're looking for experienced technicians who enjoy working independently while being part of a strong team.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 2+ years of fleet or diesel mechanic experience
• Experience servicing light-, medium-, and heavy-duty trucks
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities
• OEM training preferred
• EPA 608/609 certifications (not required)
• DOT inspection experience
• Valid driver's license
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Your own professional tools
