Location: Riverside, California Overview
We are fast growing San Diego based restaurant group is seeking a driven Manager to support leadership at a high volume Baja inspired fast casual location. The concept is celebrated for authentic street style tacos, fresh press tortillas, and a high energy service style. This role supports daily operations, team development, and consistent delivery of brand standards while growing into future leadership opportunities. Key Responsibilities
• Support the General Manager in overseeing front and back of house operations
• Lead by example on the floor to ensure fast, accurate, and friendly service
• Assist with scheduling, labor controls, and food cost management
• Train, coach, and motivate team members to deliver great guest experiences
• Help maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment
• Execute inventory, ordering, and waste control processes
• Resolve guest concerns professionally and promptly
• Ensure all food safety and brand standards are followed each shift Leadership Expectations
• Positive and steady leadership during high volume service
• Strong communication skills with follow through on direction
• Hands on coaching style that develops team skills and confidence
• Desire to grow into a future General Manager role Qualifications
• One or more years of leadership experience in fast casual or high volume restaurants
• Strong knowledge of guest service execution and operational standards
• Strength in problem solving during busy rush periods
• Motivated to grow in a rapidly expanding brand environment Compensation
• Hourly rate between 22.00 and 26.00 depending on experience
• Five percent bonus opportunity based on performance KPIs
• Paid sick time and PTO provided
• No company medical insurance currently provided
• Benefits offerings may change as the brand continues to grow
