Branch Manager - Temporary Fencing

Branch Manager Sunbelt Rentals, a leading equipment rental company, is seeking an entrepreneurial, empowering Branch Manager to oversee a multi‑million dollar revenue business. The role is titled "Profit Center Manager" and involves leading all aspects of Sales, Customer Service, Fleet Maintenance, and Logistics, and achieving financial and performance goals. Overview Overall responsibility for the performance of the rental center business unit. Leverage leadership skills to build a success‑driven team. Build a career with a multi‑unit or sales leadership career track. Responsibilities Lead the rental center business unit, coordinating and evaluating operations—including Sales, Customer Service, Fleet Maintenance, and Logistics—and complete the unit’s operational and financial reporting functions to meet financial and performance goals. Qualifications Business Management degree with at least 1 year of Rental Industry experience, OR 3–4 years of Rental Industry experience. Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record. Knowledge / Skills / Abilities Strong leadership and communication skills. Understanding of P&L and other key financial controls. Experience in outside sales or negotiation and influencing. Experience in construction or industrial markets helpful. High level of accountability, time management and willingness to learn all aspects of the business. Physical Demands Bending, squatting, crouching, reaching, lifting 50 pounds or more, and working indoors/outdoors as required.
