Job Details Schedule: Dayshift, 8-hour shifts, minimum of 40 hours per week Required Qualifications Active physical therapy license; 15 years of experience in outpatient physical therapy; location in South TX Dallas; minimum of 0 years of experience required (additional experience preferred) Additional Information Credentialing requirements include experience in setting and equipment provided during the interview. Candidate must have a valid license with no compact license restriction (permanent license required). No float rotation is required. The assignment is weekly billed with a notice period of 30 days. Parking will be provided during the first day orientation. Dress code details will be provided on the first day.
