Courtyard by Marriott – Newburgh, NY Position: Part-Time Front Desk Associate Schedule: Weekday shifts, primarily 3:00 PM–11:00 PM Department: Front Office / Guest Services About the Position Courtyard by Marriott in Newburgh, NY is looking for a friendly, dependable, and customer-focused Part-Time Front Desk Associate to join our team. Key Responsibilities Welcome guests with a friendly and professional attitude Check guests in and out efficiently and accurately Process reservations, payments, and guest requests Answer phones and assist guests with questions and concerns Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and the Newburgh area Respond to guest concerns and work to resolve issues promptly and professionally Communicate effectively with housekeeping and other hotel departments Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk area Follow hotel policies, procedures, and Marriott service standards Assist with other front desk and guest service duties as needed Qualifications Previous hotel, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Friendly, professional, and positive attitude Strong attention to detail Reliable and punctual Comfortable using computers and learning hotel systems Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment Ability to work independently and as part of a team Availability for weekday 3:00 PM–11:00 PM shifts is required #J-18808-Ljbffr
