Physical Therapist (PT)

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Physical Therapist to support students in developing strength, mobility, coordination, and independence. This role focuses on providing individualized, evidence-based therapy services while collaborating with families and interdisciplinary team members to promote meaningful progress in daily functioning. What You’ll Do Conduct evaluations to assess motor skills, strength, balance, and functional mobility Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on student needs Provide direct therapy services focused on improving movement, coordination, and independence Monitor progress and adjust interventions using data and clinical observation Collaborate with families, teachers, and clinical staff to support carryover of skills Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports Participating in team meetings, training, and professional development What We’re Looking For Doctorate or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist Experience working with pediatric or school-aged populations preferred Bilingual skills a plus Strong clinical, communication, and collaboration skills Commitment to patient-centered, ethical care What We Offer Paid time off and holidays Supportive, interdisciplinary team environment Opportunities for professional growth and development Equal Employment Opportunity Statement: We are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
