As a Team Member, your responsibilities could include:Interacting with guests both inside the restaurant or outside in the drive thruPreparing and packaging food safely, quickly, and efficiently while maintaining Chick-fil-A's high level of quality standardsKeeping work areas and customer areas neat, clean, and organized at all timesWorking safely around equipment and reporting any maintenance or safety issues to leadership immediatelyAdhering to strict food safety standards and general safety standardsMaintaining personal knowledge of proper procedures and keeping up-to-date on new product proceduresAccurately preparing and packaging food for catering and in-store ordersMaintaining a high level of customer service, product quality and consistencyFollowing industry-leading sanitation and safety proceduresWorking with fellow team members to maintain a high level of guest satisfactionModeling and supporting clear communications between the front of house and kitchen staffsCarrying out instructions given by the leadership team and OperatorModeling the Restaurant's Core Values and mission in all activitiesQualifications & Requirements• Full time or part time position available• Must be available a minimum of 3 days a week, with two of those days including Friday & Saturday• Must be available a minimum of 15 hours per week• No Experience Necessary: Chick-fil-A is a great opportunity for people of all ages and backgrounds.
