Responsibilities

Lead the restaurant’s operations, cultivating a culture of excellence and customer focus. Your day‑to‑day responsibilities include:

• Managing performance, engagement, and training initiatives for the restaurant management team and associate staff.
• Partnering with local store marketing to achieve sales and profit goals and maintain top‑tier Meatcraft quality.
• Ensuring the restaurant consistently delivers a superior guest experience and high‑quality menu items.

Qualifications

• At least one year of restaurant or retail management experience.
• Outstanding examples of delivering exceptional customer service.
• Eligible to work in the United States.
