Your Future Role At A GlanceYour future role at a glance:Location: Milwaukee, WIFacility: Ascension St. Francis HospitalDepartment: Behavioral HealthSchedule: Days | Full-TimeHow You'll Make An Impact In This RoleDeliver personalized, evidence-based therapy: Implement tailored treatment plans using appropriate modalities to help patients regain independence and improve their quality of life.Track and communicate progress: Document patient journeys and collaborate closely with the Occupational Therapist to revise goals and adapt treatment plans based on real-time responses.Empower patients and families: Educate individuals and their caregivers on managing deficits, building confidence for a safer transition home.Guide seamless transitions: Coordinate discharge planning, recommending adaptive equipment and community resources to ensure ongoing success beyond clinical care.Mentor support staff: Oversee therapy technicians to maintain high safety standards, seamless workflow, and quality care delivery across the team.What Minimum Requirements You'll NeedLicensure / Certification / Registration:BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required.
