• Schedule: Monday to Thursday from 7 AM to 4:30 PM; Friday from 7 AM to 5 PM; preferred 7 on/7 off rotation.
• Weekend Duties: Approximately 4 hours on-site starting at 6 AM for patient rounds.
• Patient Load: 8 to 10 inpatients per shift.
• In-House Call: 1:3 ratio with a 20-minute response time.
• Case Coverage: Includes cardiac, thoracic, vascular, and heart failure cases.
• Experience Required: Cardiothoracic surgery experience and fellowship are mandatory.
• Skills Needed: EVH expertise is required for Physician Assistants.
