Job Title Administrator, Information Technology Job Overview Charles E Gillman Company seeks an IT professional to serve as Administrator of Information Technology at our Rio Rico facility. This role reports to the Manager of IT and will partner across all IT functions to align technology with business objectives, recommend improvements, and support internal growth. Responsibilities Manage server, desktop and virtual environments. Maintain and update computer software and hardware. Maintain communication and internet infrastructure and ensure security of systems. Provide recommendations on strategic IT planning, budgeting, and new technologies that enhance information gathering and company efficiency. Manage the implementation and support of any special or ongoing IT projects. Stay abreast of technology as it relates to company and industry advancements. Requirements Previous experience with IT support in a Microsoft environment with local and remote end users. Experience with Workstations, Servers, Active Directory, and Office 365. Knowledgeable in LAN/WAN technology, security, and architecture. Experience with virtual server environments. Excellent communication and customer‑service skills. Proven ability to implement process improvements successfully. Ability to work independently without daily supervision. Excellent planning and time‑management skills with the ability to meet deadlines. Professional demeanor. 2–3 years of related experience required. Must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident for ITAR requirements. Additional Requirements Must be willing to work in both the Rio Rico, Arizona facility and the Nogales, Mexico facility. This is an onsite position.
