Plant Manager

We are seeking a hands-on, transformational Plant Manager to lead a fast-paced manufacturing operation and drive operational excellence across safety, quality, security, and production performance. This role partners closely with cross-functional leadership to improve processes, strengthen culture, and implement scalable operational solutions aligned with business goals.

This is a full time position in Durham, NC, offering competitive salary and benefits. There are no sponsorships or third party arrangements for this opportunity.

Required Experience & Skills

• 10+ years of plant or operations management experience
• Background in high-volume, high-speed manufacturing environments
• Experience leading 24/7 manufacturing operations strongly preferred
• Lean Manufacturing implementation experience
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills
• Financial leadership experience including budgeting, cost control, and P&L management
• ERP system experience required; ERP implementation experience preferred
• Industrial manufacturing and equipment experience
• Proven ability to rebuild and develop teams while maintaining operational performance
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills with the ability to connect effectively across all levels of the organization
