Job Description We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to lead our establishment. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in restaurant management and food service, with a passion for delivering exceptional experiences. This role requires a strategic thinker who can effectively manage operations, staff, and customer relations while ensuring the highest standards of quality and service. Duties Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery. Manage all aspects of food production, including menu planning, inventory management, and quality control. Supervise and train staff to maintain high performance levels in food service management. Implement and maintain POS systems to streamline operations and enhance customer experience. Foster a positive work environment by promoting teamwork and effective communication among staff. Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control measures. Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction. Skills Proven experience in fine dining and food production environments. Strong knowledge of restaurant management principles and practices. Excellent staff training abilities with a focus on developing team members' skills. Proficient in managing banquet services and catering operations. Familiarity with POS systems and their application in restaurant settings. Exceptional supervisory skills with the ability to motivate and lead a diverse team. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in all aspects of food service management. Qualifications Minimum of 3 years of management experience in a pizza restaurant or with major fast food brands such as Taco Bell, McDonald’s, Chick-fil-A, or a competitively similar food service environment.
