Flower Processing Supervisor

Position Overview The Flower Processing Supervisor will report to the Processing Manager. The role focuses on overseeing the harvest and post-harvest processing of cannabis flowers, ensuring METRC compliance, and managing a team of full-time and temporary employees. Responsibilities Delegate all flower processing tasks (harvest, buckdown, trimming, etc.) to ensure timely completion as outlined in the annual cultivation schedule. Maintain METRC compliance, using excel sheets to track plant tags during and after harvest and generate package tags post-processing. Utilize Microsoft Dynamics ERP for inventory tracking in conjunction with METRC. Daily data entry and recording of all plant material weights into corresponding harvest cycle spreadsheets. Train employees to perform all dry flower processing tasks according to SOP. Oversee all flower processing tasks, enforce SOPs, and issue corrective action when policies are not followed. Manage full-time and temporary staff: schedule workflow, track working hours, input timesheets, ensure meal/rest break compliance, and coordinate staffing needs with the Processing Manager. Cure all products post-processing using the time frames in the SOP and sensory judgment to determine readiness for packaging. Coordinate with the Packaging Manager to forecast timing and volume of product ready for packaging. Perform any other tasks assigned by the Processing Manager. Qualifications Experience managing all procedures and personnel during harvest and post-harvest processing of cannabis flowers in a commercial setting. Familiarity with large volume curing techniques, high-quality precision trimming, and METRC compliance. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills for managing a team. Benefits & Compensation Pay Range: $57,784.00 - $60,000.00 annually. Benefit package includes medical, dental, vision, Life/AD&D, 401K with company match, paid time off, and holidays.
