The ideal candidate should have 2 years of experience and a proven track record of high performance as a finance and insurance manager. Responsibilities Keep adequate stock of bank, state, and auto dealership forms on hand at all times Strive toward monthly finance and insurance manager goals, including those for revenue, service contracts, and automotive sales Help customers determine the auto finance and payment plans that are best for them Offer aftermarket products, insurance programs, and service contracts during each vehicle purchase and support the sales manager’s efforts Abide by federal, state, and local regulations when preparing paperwork, finalizing financial transactions, setting interest rates, and working with lending institutions Qualifications At least two years of dealership finance and insurance (F&I) manager or sales experience is required A high school diploma is required; a bachelor’s degree in finance or related field is preferred Clean driving record and valid state-issued driver’s license are required Mandatory understanding of foundational computer software programs such as MS Office An ability to keep customers happy throughout the loan application process and communicate effectively is necessary Compensation $100,000-$175,000 per year #J-18808-Ljbffr Laguna Niguel Hyundai
