Family Practice/Primary Care Nurse Practitioner

A Penn Medicine-affiliated ENT practice in Princeton, New Jersey, is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner to join its outpatient team. This position offers a consistent weekday schedule and the opportunity to work alongside a multidisciplinary group focused on comprehensive patient care.

Position Details

• Join a team of 26 physicians and 9 advanced practice providers
• Outpatient practice with no call requirements
• Average patient volume of approximately 15 patients per day
• Monday through Friday schedule, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
• Leading compensation structure with bonus potential

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of Nurse Practitioner experience
• Experience in ENT, family medicine, urgent care, emergency medicine, or a surgical specialty preferred
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team-based environment
