Speech Therapist - PRN

Role The Speech Therapist assesses and treats patients with speech, language, swallowing, and cognitive impairments, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans. Responsibilities Include Providing therapy within legal scope and in coordination with the healthcare team Evaluating patient function through diagnostic tests and assisting in care plan development Treating patients to improve communication effectively Monitoring and documenting patient responses and progress Educating patients, families, caregivers, and team members on therapy techniques Functioning effectively in diverse home environments regardless of patient demographics Qualifications Licensed in Speech Therapy in the state of residence Valid driver's license, vehicle insurance, access to transportation Preferred CPR certification or ability to obtain within 90 days Availability for weekend work This role offers competitive compensation, benefits, incentives, and growth opportunities, with salary range from $74,936 to $112,404 annually.
