Job Description

• Craft Individualized Treatment Plans: Assess each patient's unique needs and design tailored therapy strategies that help them realize their functional objectives
• Conduct Therapeutic Interventions: Implement evidence-based practices to enhance patients' motor skills, cognitive function, and daily living activities
• Collaborate with Interdisciplinary Teams: Work alongside OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nurses to ensure integrated, holistic care
• Educate Patients and Caregivers: Provide instruction to patients and their families about therapy techniques that facilitate ongoing progress at home
• Monitor and Document Progress: Track clinical outcomes and adapt treatment plans as necessary, ensuring patients remain on target

Education

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution
• Continuing education and post-graduate certifications encouraged and supported

Certifications

• Current Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license
• NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification required
